If we try to define something essential and fundamental as Ki, then we need more than words, we need the experience.

The Secret of the Immortal Warrior
There is an immortal warrior who has a name that nobody will be able to know until facing him. Many have been trying to win him over the years but have been defeated and finished under his feet.
They have tried techniques and secret arts but they have been defeated. What does this Immortal Warrior have that makes him win over the unbeatable. Maybe the skill of movements, his precision, his constant practice, his unexpected abilities, his method, his art, his confidence?
Just imagine, that you are strengthened to the top of your capacity and that you are facing this warrior. Concentrate on the present, right now you are in the battle, presenting your best movements, techniques, with total confidence of winning. And not even a moment passed -since it went very fast, and you are defeated.
Since you faced him as a brave warrior, your moment has come to know. What is the secret of the Ki of that warrior? What is his name? Then, you listen to his revelation. The warrior looks into your eyes and says: " My secret is my name and my name is hidden in the pulse of my conscience and my heart, it is the strength of my body, the skill of my being, the potency of my spirit. I will reveal my hidden name and my secret: My name is Inner Peace."

One Warrior against One Hundred. For Reflection.

There was a battle going on with one warrior facing one hundred and that warrior seemed to move as the river between the stones, and soon a river bleeds and then blood runs as high as above the ankle of that unique warrior who faced one hundred warriors. Nobody but him survived.
How did he do it?
He said:
" The stones in the river are rigid and the river flows among them."
How did he do it?
He said:
" The stones in the river are rigid and the river flows among them."
And without saying another word, he continued his journey.

What to do when facing an evident threat? When violence and confrontation are seen and immediately brought about?
Serenity is the first thing. But who is the serene warrior?
Only the one who by constant practice, knows his limits. And by that effort, he transforms the technique in art that overcomes fear. And who does not have violence in his heart any longer.
Who can defeat him ? Since he has the inner strength that nobody will be able to take from him

The River and the Stones

In this battle, there was a warrior facing one hundred and that warrior seemed to move like the river between the stones and soon the river became blood and the blood runs above the ankle of that warrior who faced one hundred. Nobody else survived but him.
How did he win?
And he answered:
-The stones that are in the river are rigid, but the river flows between them.
And without saying another word, he continued his journey.
