Difficulties come to be the most important teachings; when not everything is as easy as we want; but it is possible that the sacrifice of today is the Success of tomorrow.

The Right Answer.

The right answer comes from applying order, then, there is no reason for error.

Attention. Control. Calm.

The attention is fundamental in the combat, because the control and the life can be lost even in an split second. When one is capable of be calmed under all circumstances, then, one can always see more and predict easily what the other warrior is going to do. Thus, his path is open and he can fight without fighting. Only one warrior wins: the one who is naturally aware and has control.

The Perfect Balance. Art of Expansion. Harmony.

The whole universe flows toward a perfect balance. The art of this expansion -until the culmination of the perfect harmony- represents in man, the power to express and to liberate all the energy, that as a potential state, culminates his development as the conscious awakening to true love.

The Art of the Wind. The Art of the Water.

The Art of the Wind is related to the Art of the Water, it is powerful as fire but even more powerful than fire.

Ki. Vital Energy. The Art of Flowing.

All that exists is energy and it constantly flows.

Balance.Equilibrium.Life.

The way to the balance and equilibrium in life, is the way of Ki, the way of Glory, the path of Aikido, where man is brother of the mountains, companion of the skies and absolutely one with eternity.

Inner Power. Serenity.

The Inner Power is based on Serenity.

The Superior Force. Self Control. Peace.

If you want to overcome your limits, you have to cultivate a superior force and search for Peace.
The fights and the battles have to evolve until you can reach self control.
You then will be a true warrior and you will only fight at the right moment, using the right technique and understanding. And what is most important:
Nothing will be able to destroy your peace, control and equilibrium.

Who are You, the Drop of Water or the Ocean?

Ki arises when truth expresses itself as fortitude, work, harmony. That's why Ki is naturally present in the whole nature. And the whole nature has an order and a movement.

Look at the flowing of the wind, feel it. Look at the bird flying in the wind, in the space, watch how the bird returns to its nest. Look how the big birds rise. Look at the foam of the sea how softly it comes to the shore and although the wave may be giant and explosive, the foam is delicate and abundant .
Listen to the wind in the sea: Can you separate them, perhaps?

Look how the wood crackles in the fire, look how the fire becomes wood and the wood becomes fire. And in this way, contemplating nature and contemplating yourself, then you will see that the universe is not separated but joined as a small stone tied to a mountain, as a drop of water to the ocean.
Who are you, the drop of water or the ocean? Where are the limits? Where is the beginning? Where is the end?

Now, reflect, go over the words, cut them using discernment, live the moment.
Discover who you are and discover the unveiled truth. Ki flows, eternally flows.

The Art of Being Reborn. The Generosity of Love.

Open your heart and listen to whom makes the human heart, and transforms, raises it, as an eternal light, and this is the generosity of Love.

When you can accept that the heart is humble and generous, then you will have the realization of the art of being reborn in eternity forever.

Inner Peace

The great battle is only won with Inner Peace.

Aiki. Ki. Training.Discipline.Dedication.

When fear is experienced in the battle is for lack of training, discipline and dedication.
If you strengthen your movements, you will find explanation to every question.
You then, will calm down and there will not be combat because you will have conquered even before beginning.

The Path of Ki. The Path of Glory. The Path of Aiki.

The man has understood that between heaven and earth and earth and heaven, there is a primordial foundation. And from there he has started to realize that there must be balance and equilibrium in life.

The path of this equilibrium is the Path of Ki, the Path of Glory, the Path of Aiki, where man is the brother of the mountains, of the skies and absolutely one with eternity.
This may seem too physiological or contemplative but you can start by observing your breath, calming your thoughts but at the same time you must be aware and attentive of your inner calm.

Then, Ki is the equilibrium of everything in existence and it will necessarily be present in your heart and your life.

Ki. Fundamental Essence.

Time, space, science, values, are aspects of life, difficult to define in a few words but if we try to define something essential and fundamental as Ki, then we need more than words, we need the experience.

Can we embrace the sea, the wind? Can we fly as the bird or shine as the sun?
Perhaps, it would be much better to allow to be taken, to flow and to contemplate.And after doing this for the whole life, then, we will know something about our own reality and about Ki as the fundamental essence.

The Art of Flowing

The inner art has to do with the flowing of Nature. And it is accomplished by adapting and uniting to her.

The Still Mind

When the mind is calm, it does not mean that it is still. It means that it is flowing in the universe.

The Perfect Circle

The movement is complete only when it has the same flexibility than a perfect circle. Where there is no conflict neither in its beginning nor in its end.

There is no end. There is no beginning. It only flows.
